It's acool one but very slow. Funds from other banks takes long to reflect and Why don't u atlist activate a system where the account holder should receive transaction messages via registered mobile number when the money is in or out of the account instead of only in app messages bcz sometimes we don't have internet connection or data and it stresses out.Cant keep eyes on the app everytime. Do it like other normal banks does.

Poor customer service, i have issues with my bank card when I tried to chat with the agent told me to go to visit the nearby branch and the nearest one is in 40km away from me 😢 the one that was in my city they closed it. Even sending the money to another bank money takes 3 days to reflect. Even if u do an immediate transaction, they just charge you, but it still take 48hrs to reflect
